Job Description
Project Managers at L’Renee & Associates provide project management oversight and technical support for both internal and external clients. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, a passion for continuous improvement, the ability to manage multiple tasks and external stakeholders, while fostering healthy working relationships are required.
Manage multiple projects with the ability to prioritize competing needs in a fast-paced changing environment
Provide project management support services for stakeholders an end-users
Perform project analysis and deliver progress reports
Field incoming calls/emails
Identify, manage and/or mitigate project risks and issues
Document and report daily, weekly, and monthly project performance
Manage assigned tasks according to the defined scope of the project
Develop and implement project plans and schedules
Document processes and workflows
Track project deliverables
Mediate and resolve project conflicts
Develop and coordinate scheduling with stakeholders and end-users
Provide ongoing training and support for end-users
Attend weekly team and operations meetings
Travel in the field, as required to provide project support
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
Understanding of project management methodologies
Desire to learn and master new systems, software, and equipment
Ability to multitask and manage across overlapping projects
Proficient in Microsoft computer applications and project management tools (i.e., Gantt Charts, project management software, etc.)
Proficient experience in creating and maintaining spreadsheets and reports
Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentations
Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
What Will Make YOU Standout Above the Rest
PMP or CAPM certification
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or equivalent
Ability to travel as necessary
