Registration Transfer
In-Person Courses
Registration Transfer requests must be made no later than 7 days prior to the first day of class. Registration Transfer requests made less than 7 days prior to the first class day will result in fee assessments. See the Cancellation/Refund Schedule defined below. Refunds will not be issued for a cancelled registration that has been previously transferred.

If approved, you will receive a Registration Transfer Approval Letter from our team and a listing of optional courses via email.
eLearning Courses
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be given for courses facilitated or offered online.

Cancellation/Refund Schedule
Request Submission 30 Days or More
80% of the course fee will be refunded if we receive your Cancellation/Refund request 30 days prior to the first class day.
Request Submission 8 - 29 Days
60% of the course fee will be refunded if we receive your Cancellation/Refund request 8-29 days prior to the first class day.
Request Submission 7 Days or Less
You will NOT be refunded if we receive your Cancellation/Refund request 7 days or less leading to the first class day.

PMP® Exam Changes
PMI® announced that the PMP® exam will be changing on January 2, 2021.
Qualifying for the PMP® exam
You meet of the following sets of PMP Certification requirements:
A four-year degree
Three years leading projects
35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM®Certification
OR
A high school diploma or an associate’s degree (or global equivalent)
Five years leading projects
35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM®Certification
